"PERSIAN SYMPHONY"

May of 2013 I travelled to Toronto for a few weeks and heard some of Prince Armond's newest beats and I couldn't resist but to start writing to them and before we knew it we had an album put together. Much respect also to the features that answered my last minute calling to finish there verses in less than a week (Kasseb, Hbomb, Dante, Kalki, Tewolde Issac, and Crumbz).

The recording of this project was done in an open room basement capturing a different sound from your typical booth style recording. We wanted to have a new sound to this project, a very unique mix that would blend my poetry and prince armonds amazing beats together, giving it a dope raw element.

When I had moved to Toronto in 2005, Prince Armond was the first producer I started building with, we learned from one another, and soon after we started a group called A.P.P. that also included one of the greatest lyricists/rapper Kalki aka Antony of Egypt who is a childhood friend of mine since I started creating music. Now after 9 years I decided to release a solo project under Prince Armonds new production name XSP, this is just a warm up to our next project that is in the works! beautiful destiny, life is amazing!!
